Is anyone else having a  problem with compatibility with Ionic and LG V30 phones?

There seem to be a lot of posts from people having problems.

 

It's not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so there may not be much you can do. A moderator offers a few tips in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/LG-V30-not-syncing-with-Charge-2/m-p/2343734

Yes lots of connection issues I just saw on the Fitbit site that the V30 isn't a supported device. Will be returning my Ionic to much money for something that doesn't work.
