Please, can you tell me when the Fitbit Ionic will be compatible with the Huawei mate 10 pro?

Hi Marre, any update on this? It's been 6 months and in my experience the app is still not compatible. Thanks, Sam

No yet my friend @scatteredthings. The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 4.4 KitKat), you can try the tips on the following help article: Synchronization troubleshoot or set up troubleshoot.
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization would be will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.
Point me out if there's anything else I can assist you with.

I’m not sure that still not having support for a phone that has been on the market for over 6 months counts as ‘being aware’. I would say rather that your developers are failing miserably to add new devices to the list.

Angelfila's proposal:
1) Go to settings>Battery>Launch
2) Disable "Manage Automatically" on Fitbit
3) - Auto-Lunch (on)
- Secondary Launch (on)
- Run in background (on)
This worked for me! thx

I have been using it on the Huawei P10 for a while with no problems at all 😉
