My Ionic was working brilliantly up until last night. When I woke up this morning idealised my normal vibrate alarm hadn't gone off and when I checked the screen would not come up and is completely blank. I contacted Fitbit support via twitter who said they could see that it had let synced last night and was at 79% battery.
They have advised they have passed it onto the tech support team and given me a case reference but I have heard nothing else.
Reading the posts o this forum it appears it is quite common for the ionic to simply stop working - I had it as Christmas present in 2017 so its 18 months old but isn't damaged.
I have tried a reset but still not joy. Any advice? You would think for a cost of over £200 it would have a longer lifespan!!!

Mine is exactly the same! I charged it for a bit this morning before work, it was still working.. Later in the morning it was completely dead. It can't be turned on at all. I've tried charging and resetting, nothing happens. Have not had a single problem with it until this.
Less than 2 years for a product at this price is unacceptable!
