Ionic connection with my phone flaky after phone reset.

I recently reset my Android phone and ever since I have had trouble connecting my phone to my Ionic.

It does connect after I keep tapping on sync repeatedly but it isn't able to hold the connection for recieving notifications.

Can someone please tell me what I should do? Should I remove the device from my app and add it again?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

or restarting your Fitbit?

If both fail, uninstall the Fitbit app then re-install.

Let us know how that works for you.

So I tried all of the following:

  • Restarting my phone.
  • Restarting my fitbit.
  • Reinstalling the app on my phone.

None of these have been able to restore my Fitbit sync with my phone. I am currently syncing it through the laptop.

Are there any more measures I can try?

Have you tried to remove the Ionic from the app, do a factory reset and add it as a new Ionic?

I have a feeling that that might work. So I just wanted to check if you've already done it!

Tried this several times. Only stays connected to phone for few seconds then drops out. I get PIN number to connect then drops out before I get chance to connect. Then 30 seconds later get new pin just over and over and over
