Ionic continously resetting and zone mins does not recording since last update

Since the last firmware update my ionic has two problems:

1. It’s continously resetting itself without any intervention from my side. From time to time the fitbit logo appears and the ionic is resetting. If I am in a middle of workout session whatever I have recorded is gone. I switched it on and off, I force sterted the app, I switched the phone on and off, nothing worked.

2. Since the last firmware update the zone mins doesn’t work/register anymore, no matter how intense my workout is. Zone mins worked perfectly before the moment of the last firmware update. It used to register zone mins even during light walk. I tried everything, also I tried to change the clock face, but with no effect. Regarding the changing the clock face also didn’t work as the red dot is moving left and right but the face does not upload.

This is the second ionic, the first one has been replaced for severe malfunctions. As I noticed this one started the same, as I was not able to add my payment card until the firmware update has been performed, and after the update the above mentioned problems ocurred. Fitbit something is deeply wrong with yours software. Do something!

I have also noticed that during several recent workouts (since the fall update), my GPS drops and the Ionic either shuts off or restarts without instruction from me. The run stats are logged for the period up to the shut off. However, today the GPS dropped, the Ionic shut off.  I was unable to restart it until I returned home 45 minutes later (runner brain, couldn't remember how), and yet it continued to track the TIME I had been running, as though turning it on had just stopped tracking the time of the workout. So bizarre, totally ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I'm seriously considering giving up on FitBit and switching to Garmin.
