Ionic continues to pop up Nothing New Here

I’ve just set up my ionic. The watch appears asleep (watch face doesn’t display) however every 30-45 seconds I get a pop up message, nothing new here. How do I get the click to activate and display? I also made the mistake of linking my cards and just keep being asked to input my pin to unlock it. I changed the setting to only ask for pin when I use wireless pay.

Hello @St3phalicious, it's good to see you around in the Community forums. I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the Ionic and the pop up message you mentioned.  

Before considering other options, please try to restart the watch following these steps and try deactivating and setting up the notifications on the watch again, then check if you continue to get this pop up message you mentioned. 

Regarding the pin to unlock the watch, thank you for confirming that you were able to change the setting to only ask for the pin when you use wireless pay. You can find more useful information about this in the article: How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
