I have had an ionic for over 2 years. Recently discovered the plastic covering over the sensors are all cracking. Long story short Fitbit is no longer selling ionic. Company is offering me a 30% off any product at REGULAR price on their site only. I love my ionic and had just purchased 3 additional bands. Fitbit will not allow return of the bands after 45 days. Fitbit is not a company I want to work with any more. There is no meeting in the middle on resolution. IF I decide to purchase a different Fitbit does anyone have another product of theirs that they love and would b an upgrade to the ionic?
