Anyone else got this problem, after only a few miles my iconic crashes so I lose all my data and progress for the rest of the run, sometimes crashes after a couple of miles or can go 7 miles then crash. Watch only 2 years old 😢

@Mandyg11 It's nice to see you on the Community.
Thanks for getting in touch about this. I appreciate that you mentioned you've had it for 2 years.
You may want to manually log the activity on your account, this to avoid that you lose the information recorded.
I can confirm that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Let me know if there's anything else I can assisting you in the meantime.

Not really, a lot of challenges don’t accept manual input, had three Fitbit’s over the years but disappointed with how this one, the most expensive is not performing as it should. 7 miles is all it lasted on a 15 mile run last week. Mine seems to be more of a battery issue, I fully charge it overnight but it’s simply not lasting long at all.

@Mandyg11 Thanks for getting back. I apologize for the delayed in my reply.
I see where you're coming from. The Ionic's battery can last up to 10 hours if you're using GPS, please check these tips to extend your Fitbit watch's battery life.
Let me know the outcome.
