Ionic dark face, buttons don't work

The face is black, buttons don't work.  The light on the back of the watch is fluttering.  Pretty sure the battery is fully charged.  Bought it two weeks ago.  Help!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

My Ionic just did the same thing.  The restart worked.
