So disappointed my Ionic died will not turn in will not rest had a full charge, died at 0207 EST Tuesday. I have a ticket opened however each time a new person is on shift I get to start all over Sigh. I have done all there tests and each time I get a NOTHING! I even had some co workers try since I was getting frustrated. But still NOTHING. SO Now I have dead Ionic 😞
Oh another email come in telling me to reset it! NICE I can't reset something that does not work AT ALL!
