Ionic dead after reset

My Ionic stopped syncing on the 5th Jan. Syncing issues have been a feature of the Ionic since the beginning, but this latest time went on longer than than usual.  So after trying the usual things (Bluetooth on/off, Ionic restart, reinstall Fitbit app etc.), I reset it using the menu option on the watch.  Now it's completely dead. Doesn't respond to button presses.  Tried all the combination of button presses mentioned on the forum.  Nothing works.  Can't even tell if it's charging.

Yep many have this problem.  Call Tech Support immediately at the number linked below.  If they cannot get your device going they will normally replace it.  Many have contacted them by phone and received an offer to replace right away.  I got mine replaced that way.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
