Ionic dead will not charge nor turn on

My Ionic after 6 months started sync problems .... battery began draining with a few hours no will not charge and will not turn on at all !!  Purchased online thru FNB in South Africa ... Fitbit's suggestion is return it to the store ..... UMMM this is a virtual store ???

I think they mean ship it to Fitbit under warranty, unless the store you bought it from is not an authorized dealer. In that case Fitbit may not help you.
