I am so frustrated with fit bit. This is my third watch second replacement. I have to keep unlinking my Pandora account because every other time I charge the fitbit my favorite station is erased The only way to get it back is to unlink my account charge it over night and then link it back and charge it again the next night. Now knowing it will disappear again in less than a week and I will have to do this again.......rrrrrrrrr

Thanks for jumping in here @richdifamCurrently, you can’t thumbs up or thumbs down songs on your watch.

Plug your watch into the charger. Stations download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap Force Sync Now in the Fitbit app to add the stations to your watch.

If your stations don’t appear to be downloading, review the troubleshooting steps in Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Then try again to download your stations.

If you use the auto-sync option, the stations on your watch update automatically based on your most-played stations on Pandora. Note that you can’t choose which stations are synced to your watch.

Stations update automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, so you don’t need to manually add or delete your most-played stations.

If there's any questions present, let me know.

It's nice to see you around the forums @SunsetRunner! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Fitbit Ionic.

You will need to have Pandora Premium or Plus in order to transfer music to your Ionic. Remember that you can only transfer music that you own or don't require a license also, some old songs may not transfer due to copyright protections (known as DRM encryption).

You can store over 300 songs and podcasts on your watch depending on the file sizes. For example, a 60 minute podcast takes up more storage space than a 3 minute song. For step by step instructions on how to upload your favorite Pandora stations to your watch, check out this article. Please note, that this process is completed using Wi-Fi

For more information on managing current Pandora playlists on your watch, check out these tips

If you are still experiencing issues syncing your Pandora stations, I recommend doing the following:

  • Restart your Ionic
  • Confirm your Ionic is connected to a power source
  • Confirm your Ionic is connected to wifi
  • Confirm you are signed in to your Pandora account
  • Attempt to sync your Pandora stations to Ionic

I hope this helps get you back on track!

I noticed when I thumbs up or down a station it will no longer show on my watch when it updates. Is there a way for me to edit my stations to allow updating the stations I want.

I have owned the IONIC for 10 months and it is extremely frustrating owning a piece of expensive equipment that does not perform the functions it advertises.

This is a known issue and when you call they act as if it's new. They deleted my prior post because I called the IONIC a DISAPPOINTMENT.

I guess I will have to express my frustration with Fitbit and the IONIC on social media and request my friends do the same.
