Ionic died after 15 months of intermittent use

Ionic died on me. Yesterday I plugged in the device to charge. I seldom use the device so I have to charge it before I use. But yesterday the device did not charge when I connect the device. o bought the device from my flight duty free shop Jan 2018.

Hi @dodawg Unfortunately intermittant use if you let the battery go flat between uses will greatly shorten the battery life. Lithium ion batteries (which fitbits use) need to be kept charged to prolong their life.

All you can do is try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on battery problems
