Ionic died after new firmware

I have had my ionic since 12/2017 with no issues. It has been rock solid. After the latest update only holds 10 hour charge then dies- no warning. This week it tells me 100% charged then dies within 20 seconds. I am a seasoned owner I have master rebooted with no result. Please breath life back into my ionic.

My Ionic stopped working after the new firmware as well.
Well, it was working till the power died two days ago, and never came back up..
