Really upset! I have had my Ionic a year, love it! Have had no problems with it. Now I swam with grandchildren in backyard pool for a couple hours & it completely dies! It had full charge. What should I do? Won’t turn on.

Have you tried it out with white rice?

My Versa was 2 1/2 months old when I first tried it in the pool. Died before I got out of the water. Contact customer service. Process is not exactly user friendly though. First I had to submit a video of me removing my watch from charging and attempting a factory reset. Then they follow up my submission by asking my country and where and when I purchased my watch. After providing that info, another email with a shipping label arrives indicating I have to take it to a Fedex depot to send it back. They "process" the return in 5-10 and indicate that they will then contact me with "instructions for next steps". What next steps?...After you have my dead wach, send me a new watch that hopefully can be used for swimming. I'm not exactly holding my breath though considering how quickly it died after getting wet for the first time.
