I went to a whole day track, lasted 10 hours. Ionic died after 9,5 hours, after 47,000 steps (which were added to my daily steps). However my heart rate, my calories and even steps in running competitions stopped counting already after 6 hours. So the data for that day show quite strange things - number of steps in a day are twice higher than number in a competition in that day etc. Is it normal that certain counts stop earlier when the battery is running low and is it normal that it stops 3 hours before battery finally dies? If so, is it possible to get data from the exercise count into other counts, such as the active hours and competitions? And one more thing - when battery dies during the exercise/track then Ionic cannot retrieve the GPS data - cannot upload the map. Is there any solution for that?

A warm welcome to the Community @CZGoral. Thanks for the detailed information shared about what you experienced with your Ionic.
It's pretty weird that your data stopped tracking before your battery died. Your Ionic should continue tracking your data as long as it has battery charge.
We recommend that you sync your tracker or watch daily. Most Fitbit devices record detailed minute-by-minute data for 7 days. (Fitbit Alta records minute-by-minute data for five days). Fitbit devices can store daily totals for up to 30 days. You can manually log the data you lost by manually logging walking or running that day.
I would like you to restart your watch and fully charge it and continue monitoring your data. As mentioned above, your watch should save your data.
Keep me posted!
