Hi

I bought my Ionic from Very.co.uk Feb 2018 - It died today, will not switch on or charge.

My question: Is it covered under a 2 year warranty with Very?

Thanks in advance

Neil

You would have to call Very to know for sure, @SunsetRunner . But the general rule is that if it was purchased in the EEA and you reside in the EEA, you are covered by a 2 year warranty.

The 2 year warranty, does this only cover the manufacturer, as I have spoken to someone in Argos, where I bought my Ionic watch, and they have told me, they only offer 1 year warranty

Now Im hoping this is wrong, and might give me hope of getting a refund, otherwise, might need to rely on getting a replacement watch from fitbit

Mine is 7 months old and did the same thing! And Fitbit says the warranty has expired.
