Help !! I only got it on 23rd.. it was working this morning and now nothing.. tried resetting it.. no luck..

Try plugging the charging cable in to the wall socket and the other end your Ionic, then try doing the reset procedure again (press and hold left button and bottom right button for 15secs until you see the fitbit logo, then release). I've found sometimes this works, it's at least worth a try if you haven't already done so.

Same goes for me - I was at 50% battery then all of a sudden it was dead, plugged it into the wall and tried the reset but nothing. I am taking it back due to HR issues, just waiting on the store I bought it from to send me a copy of the receipt so I can exchange
