Ionic died after a swim. All reset methods are ineffective and charging produces no result. Very disappointing! Edited: should have mentioned it's only a few months old. Battery started getting hot the day before it died.

As you should still be covered by warranty it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
