Hi guys. Been using ionic for a couple of years and always found it a brilliant watch
. Never had an issue with charging, it always lasted 3 to 4 days. This week, it discharges within 6 hours from fully charged. Nothing has changed from my end.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, support confirmed my Fitbit wasn't discharging correctly and as my watch is out over warranty, offered a discount of a new one. I'm really didn't want to be without a working watch so I took advantage of the discount and placed my order yesterday.
However, I'm still very dissatisfied with the product. How can a fully functioning watch for over 2 years suddenly develop a massive problem when I've done nothing to cause this to happen? After 3 factory reset and 3 full charges (via USB) yesterday my watch has completely died this morning. There must be a massive design fault that a product can develop an issue and completely stop working over a matter of days. If the battery was slowly deteriorating you could understand this but it was absolutely fine.
I'm just left thinking, are Fitbits great products that are only supposed to last for a couple of years? £200 to £300 is an awful amount of money for that time period. Can I expect the latest watch to suddenly stop working in 2 years time.
I really loved that watch and praised to it everyone one for the last few years but now I would have to clarify it with 'but it will stop working after a few years'
