Ionic discount - feedback

My 1st ionic died so after following due course with fitbit they offered me 50% off any product or like-for-like replacement. The 50% off another product is a joke offer as anything I could’ve chose would be cheaper than the ionic anyway. Needless to say I went for the replacement. This was only back in March and i’ve used my 2nd ionic since then. Couple of days ago my battery started draining like a countdown timer, literally 100% to 0% in a couple of hours. I went through the motions, turning off all-day sync, resetting etc with no avail. Contacted Fitbit support via email and after a bit of back and forth they’ve reverted back to the 50% off another product or the replacement. So, for the reasons stated above I refused the 50% rubbish but this time I also requested a refund. The ionic has let me down and as I spend a lot of my time away from home working I need a reliable watch. Having relayed that information back to Fitbit they have stopped responding to my emails so i’m hoping they see this and get back to me!

Accepted Solutions

The title of my comment had been changed by Fitbit. This has nothing to do with an Ionic discount. My 2nd ionic has failed like the 1st and Fitbit and slow and reluctant to offer me a reasonable compensation solution.
