My 15 month ionic display has gone dark and is inoperable. It also won't synch. Went through troubleshooting steps with "Wendy" a tech support rep from their Guatemalan call center. Got the "sorry sir, unfortunately your ionic is out of the 12 month warranty period and have to follow policy and procedure..all I can offer is 40% discount on another Ionic. $270 for a watch that lasted 15 months with no more than a 40% discount on another $270 ionic... This is unacceptable from a company I've thoroughly enjoyed being a part of since early 2014.. 5 years of over 100's of friends, countless daily/weekly challenges, over 13K miles in 4 years. Why would I sink another $170 in a device that may not last another 15 months? As much as I hate to leave the platform and network of great active relationships I refuse to put up with inferior service and poor quality products.

Hello @bluefish76 and welcome! I understand your problem, but have you attempted a Factory Reset or a Soft Reset? Also, what happens when you connect the charging cable to your Ionic?
Please advise, thanks!

Yes I've gone through soft reboot, have switched the charger to lap top (charging isnt the issue as it is fully charged.. it's the display that is totally black and synching is failing as well.

@bluefish76 have you completed the Factory Reset and if so, please explain how you accomplished it as this may be an option. Thanks!

Good Morning @bluefish76 ! Here are the steps for the Factory RESET. You need to hold ALL three buttons down at the same time and than "AFTER" 12 seconds release the bottom right button. If you do it properly, you will feel your Ionic vibrate after releasing the bottom right button. The timing can get tricky, so you may want to attempt this a couple times, if you do NOT succeed on the first try.
Please advise if you need further assistance and thanks!
