Ionic display gone and battery short life

Hi. My ionic lost its display and screen touch. All I see is my screen lighting up on notifications but nothing else.

The charge no longer lasts for more than a day as well, Please help.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend restarting your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device? After that connect it to the charging cable and try to reconnect it to your Fitbit account:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have already restarted it several times. Now I cant even tell if it's restarting as I can not see a thing on the watch display. 

And setting up the device again will need the code , which I can not get now as the display is not working at all neither is the touch screen.
