Ionic display is just a faint backlight and no graphics

My Ionic has stopped displaying anything.  I will get a backlighted screen, but nothing, absolutely nothing, shows up.   I try the reset  (Left and Lower Right Button together) as well as hard reset (all three buttons together) and just get a buzz from the Ionic.  Ithas just happended this afternoon with known reason/cause.  Hellllllllp!

Try installing a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.
