Hello this is my 2nd Ionic in 4 years. The Ionic I'm wearing now is coming up to 2 years old and there are missing pixels from the screen and lines going from top to bottom. I have done couple reset but makes no different. Any help??
My first Ionic died after 2 years so is this a indication that the Ionic only lasts 2 years????
Cheers

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying our restart process before posting over here. Since restarting your Ionic didn't solve the missing pixels issue of its display, please try changing its clock face and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
