Hi my Ionic died and will not come back on I called about it and they sad the warranty is up so the best we can do is give you 25% a new one.
really its just over a year old and I paid $412 dollars for it I don't think that is ok. I think you should replace it.. I will not be buying fit bit anymore and I will be telling all my friends what happened.
