I recently got a fitbit ionic as a gift from my uncle because my versa broke and I was waiting for a replacement and I've had it for about a month now and it has some major issues now. ( I gave the replacement versa to my brother)
1. The screen is black, it lights up when it should be lighting up like raising to wake but the screen shows nothing, i even restarted the watch and the fitbit logo wouldn't show, everything except the screen functions how its supposed to, the touch even works. I can hold the side button and feel the vibration that tells me that I'm in the quick settings, I can also tap on the bottom of the screen to toggle the notifications but the screen is blank.
2. The battery does not last longer than 8 hours anymore, it seems like there is a battery draining issue because it was lasting a full 4+ days with sleep tracking every night last week and now this week it barely lasts a full day.
( I have tried so many troubleshooting techniques from this forum and none work) ( I sync on a IPhone 5c)
Please I need help on how to fix this. My family have bought about 7 devices from this company and 4 of them had problems. I've had great customer support with my previous versa, so I kinda have some high expectations
