Hi All, bought my fitbit ionic about 10 months ago and a few weeks back the screen stopped working. I have read numerous blogs with details of how to try to fix this (change the clock face, reset, press a multitude of buttons simultaneously) but nothing seems to work. The HR/Sleep/step monitors etc still work and I can see the measurements via my iphone.
When I roll my wrist or press a button the screen consistently shows a white line on the right hand side and occasionally shows multicoloured blurred lines from top to bottom - I cannot see any of the details on the watch screen.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
