Ionic display shows military time

This afternoon I looked down at my Ionic and the display was reading as 17:23 instead of 5:23.  Does anyone know what caused the change in time?

Weird!

But you can change back on the websire dashboard (not the app). Select the geat icon in the top right corner and on Personal Info scroll down to Advanced Settings. There yiu have the option to change Clock Display Time. Let us know how you go.

I checked on the website and the clock display time already says 12 hour not 24 hour which is what it is showing now. Also the settings on my watch are green because I am over my goals but they don’t show the actual amounts of steps, etc. I believe I will have to call Fitbit.

I checked the website and the 12 hour is already checked.  Also, on the watch Settings page, the icons are lit up but the actual amounts do not show.  I think I will have to call Fitbit to get the watch fixed.
