Ionic Display first developed a solid straight line thru the middle vertical ... increased to where characters were totally appearing only as streaks of a rainbow. Ionic was recently recharged after initial notice of vertical line. Currently display is blank ... dark nothing is visable now. How do I get it repaired?

@SkatejockyYou don't get it repaired. Try a restart, if that doesn't help you'll need to contact customer service and have it replaced under warranty.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have tried to restart my Ionic several times without success. I also
forwarded documentation of the result to the Fitbit Team. I am now working
with the Fitbit Team toward receiving a replacement, since I am still under
warranty.

That was tried several times and failed. The Fitbit Team has determined they will replace it, since it's under warranty.
