Ionic displays 0 steps

My Ionic which I have only had for a month no longer displays my steps.  It is 0 on the face of my Ionic as well as my app on my IPhone.  All the posts relate to the Android related to 0 display. I have reset the Ionic already.  Any other suggestions?

Mine did the same thing last Friday however it still showed on my IPhone. Just reset it hoping to correct the issue.

Thank you. I had to reset twice but when it synced, it synced the info from my Surge that I put on as my replacement. Wonky but at least I have the Ionic working again 😀
