Ionic displays distance when playing racquetball but no info on Dashboard

Ionic watch displays my steps and distance whenever I play racquetball or after. I was not able to view all that when I check it on dashboard or historical sessions.

@DroneT A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

If your activity has been tracked using SmartTrack, it won't display distance. However, if you manually track it using the Exercise app, only some of them will display distance as it depends on the exercise you're tracking. 

In this case, you may want to track the Racquetball game as 'workout' and then rename it or manually log the activity.
