Ionic displays incorrect time and fails to sync

I use an iPhone 8 and my ionic was fine until yesterday when I realised it wasn’t syncing. I turned everything off and back on again and it synced. This morning (Sun 28th Jan) the time displayed on the ionic was 10 minutes slow. I managed to sync by switching everything off and back on which rectified the issue but this evening it is again 13 minutes slow and it will not sync, what’s going on?

Try  Restart and do it several times if necessary.
