I bought a new phone. Now I want to connect my ionic to my phone and at first it did. Suddenly the installation didn’t go further and 12 hrs later I thought: this takes to long. So, I disconnected the ionic to try it again all over. Since than the ionic doesn’t even connect to my Fitbit account. True Bluetooth he can’t find the ionic. I did a hard reset with the buttons, but the ionic keeps give this problem. I let hem on the charger over night, still nothing. All the time the ionic keeps giving the Fitbit logo on screen and of screen over and over. Can someone help?
