After latest firmware upgrade (27.32.10.20), my Ionic does no longer sync finished exercises to app or website. The number of steps, floor, km are transmitted still. The clock 'remembers' today's exercise and I can see it locally but nowhere else. Yesterday's and before seem to have been lost. I reinstalled the app but it looks just like before.

Try restarting your Ionic a couple of times. That probably wont bring back what has been lost but will hopefully stop it happening again.

Thank you - it 'helped to complain' ... one hour after my posting, the exercises from past week were completely available on app and website. I did not even need to do the restart as recommended. I'm still puzzled about the various levels of sync though (why does the app and website 'know' about today's number of steps but not the exercises that formed part of it ...)

After my previous 'relief' comment, I had to wait one more week for the next visible upload to app and website ... Is there some weekly processing cycle in the back end ?
