Ionic does not sync with email app on Samsung phone. It used to until my grandson pushed all the buttons. I have managed to get all notifications to work with the exception of emails. I have tried via the Samsung app and gmail app to no avail.
I have tried all the phone and watch options I can think of. I have also reset the watch in excess of 20 times. I have deleted the watch from the phone app and reinstalled the watch. Nothing seems to resolve.
Any help greatly appreciated.

@jeffrey.underwo Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to make sure you've set your notifications correctly in your Fitbit app. If you have but you're still not receiving email notifications, please force quit your app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again.

Seems like a mixture of what you recommended worked. I couldn't exactly do the steps exactly you asked, but the end result is email notifications now work. Thank you!
