Ionic doesn't respond to hard reset; hot on charging

Hi, 

My Ionic is not responding to hard reset stated in this forum. Other then a blank screen, it is hot during charging.

 

Please help.

I would keep it off the charger and open a ticket with Fitbit Support ASAP. Use the link below to contact them.
