Ionic doesn't seem to charge or switch on

Hi All,

 

So I've returned from vacation and tried switching my ionic on, on my return as I decided to leave my watch at home and it wouldn't switch on.

 

I left it charging (plugged in a socket) for around 7 hours whilst i was sleeping and there is no green light on the back and the ionic won't switch on. I held down the left button and the bottom right button for quite a few seconds and still nothing. I then plugged it into my laptop and also tried plugging it into a portable charging pack and still nothing.

 

Anyone have any advise?

I would recommend contacting customer support, hopefully they will be able to assist you further if it's a hardware failure.

Hiya,

 

All sorted now thankfully! I think where it hadn't been charged in a long time it just took 4 times the time to charge.

 

I did contact them as well and they were helpful
