Ionic doesn't show as an option in Fitbit Connect

I am trying to set up my Ionic watch to my fitbit connect app on my mac. Unfortunately, it won't sync at all, when trying to set up there is no option for the ionic watch.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic doesn't show as an option in Fitbit Connect. I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.

Thanks @SilviaFitbit. I did send in a request last week but I haven't yet heard back from anyone in the support team. Meanwhile I can not link my music for the ionic and I can't use it as much I should be able. When are they expect to return my request?
