Any idea why my Fitbit Ionic doesn't show text message content? It says I have a text mmessage but doesn't show the actual message content.

@Martlewis Welcome to the Community. Thanks for sharing what you're experiencing with your watch.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

Open your "Messages" app on your phone.
Go to "Settings" and click on "Notifications".
Make sure there is a check mark next to "Preview Message".
Then go back to the Fitbit app and sync your Ionic
