Ionic doesn't stay connected to WiFi/ Spotify

I have been trying to connect to Spotify and it just will not happen.  I get an error message that there is no internet connection.  Even after I connect to my WiFi, which I have done a number of times, it won't stay connected and it has never connected to Spotify.  Please Help! Would like to use all of the features for the product I paid for.  Thanks

@Anleach A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. I would like you to make sure that you connected your Ionic to your Wi-Fi by following this procedure

Regarding the message you're getting when trying to use Spotify, please confirm that your phone has access to the internet, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data signal. This is because Spotify app on your Fitbit device doesn't support offline music playback.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
