Ionic doesn't work anymore(moisture in the sensors.) It is not waterproof

i chat with Fitbit, but they didn't asked about moisture or waterdamage. They said only to hard reset and change charging cables.

I saw subject on this forum with moisture issues. I see know i have the same problem. The watch is not waterproof after a period. You can see the moisture(bubbles) by the sensors on the back of the watch.

I didn't said that i did more than 5 ATM. I didn't dive 50 meters(did'nt dive at all) or did water sports with it. I just showered with and splashed in the swimming pool. 

I use the fitbit from the beginning in the shower and swimming pool, but obviously after a while the fitbit isolation can't stand 5 atm anymore. Almost the most people used it in the swimming pool. Instead giving a reaction like Rich_Laue, Fitbit can't give any solution or an reaction with possible cause why after a swimming in the pool is not waterproof anymore after a while. But i arrest my case. i do not see any good giving solutions on this forum. it's just frustating more. Lot's of people are having the same problems and there is no one at Fitbit to give any good solution. Its very said. The only solution is to buy a new one(with 25%/40% discount) and not swimming/showering with the watch.

I wish the fitbit users good luck and this my last reaction. I didn't want to spent anymore of my energy or time to this forum or fitbit. I am seeking now for a new Smartwatch from apple series 3. I do know for sure one thing, that Apple always have solutions or it can be repairable(just a better service).
