Help please,
My little circle and exercise tracker in today app hasn’t been updating with my phone for a couple weeks and then today it has dropped of the list altogether although it’s ticked in the list in settings. Any ideas?

Hi @Ezab, nice to see you here. Thanks for reaching out the Forums!
I'll do my best to help you out with the issues that your Fitbit Ionic is having with Fitbit Today. Please check that both, your phone and Fitbit app are up to date. Then restart your Fitbit Ionic and try to sync it with your phone. If this is not solving the issue, please remove your Ionic from the Fitbit App and from the Bluetooth settings on your phone and later on you can set it up again as a new device.
