Ionic erases active minutes and calories burned

So, this morning I did my thing and logged over 60 active minutes and whatever the calorie count was. When I just synced to my iphone I noticed that the minutes are now 23 and calories are diminished as well. The Ionic ACTIVELY DELETED  minutes (and calories), while leaving steps and stairs intact.

I restarted both my ionic and the app and it's still screwed up. Has anybody had this problem? I couldn't find an instance (searching the forum) of a device actually deleting data.

Days like this I miss my blaze....

Exactly the same thing is just happened to me. I've lost 500 calories and 60 + minutes of activity .Im not very happy as I've just purchased the device less than a week ago. Like you my blaze work fine as well starting wish I hadn't changed

So, I did a factory reset on the ionic, deleted and reinstalled the iphone app. Nothing got fixed but it hasn't screwed up today/yet, so there's THAT...

A solution or acknowledgement of this issue from FitBit would be totally welcome. 🙂

Has anybody from Fitbit read this? I'm sure everyone's busy with all of the problems that our ionics are causing but that hasn't stopped me from getting emails from Fb to see whether I've found an acceptable solution.

 

NO! I have not found an effing acceptable solution and I'm asking someone from Fb to help me figure it out...just like I was forced to do when I had yet another problem with this gottverdammte tracker! 🙂
