I have had two units now in less than two years. Both time the faceplate has peeled off . Only regular every day use ; is it a flaw ?

It’s become obvious that Fitbit
products are so poor in construction that they expect consumers to have to use warranty replacement . Two Fitbits in less than a year failed . Warranty covers only the first one leaving me with no options . They offer a discount on a new one ? Why would I continue with a product that is doomed to fail
and then be told “sorry, there is nothing we can do “ Unacceptable for a company to provide this poor of support
