My fitbit Ionic started showing a clock failure error after the most recent firmware upgrade. I also couldn't get it to sync. I ended up deleting the device and reinstalling the app on my phone. Now I can't add the device back through the Add New Device process. My phone has the latest android software, the ionic the latest firmware and every thing else is up to date. I have reset the device, the phone, the bluetooth, and I have followed every troubleshooting instruction set I can find. I get to the page that asks for the 4 digit code, I enter it, the phone says connecting, and fail . If I repeat the same process on a computer I get an error that says cannot reach fitbit.com. How do I get my device reconnected?
