The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Cheers had to go the reset procedure on the watchto get it to work

I fixed same issue yesterday.
1.remove ionic from device Bluetooth list.
2.remove ionic from fitbit app.
3.soft reset ionic
4. Add ionic to fitbit app.
*.soft reset will not lose anything.

@sytzeng restarting the fitbit won't lose any data as you say, but removing it in the app will lose any unsynced data on the fitbit. Not a great issue but worth noting
