So my fit bit is no longer working, the screen is faded and cant really be seen! I have owned it longer than a year, so the warranty is no longer valid. I have contacted Argos who I purchased it from, and under Consumer legislation, all products must be fit for purpose and the product should last a reasonable length of time. Argos have requested a manufacturing report to prove the fault. How do I request one and what is the cost? Thanks, Natalie

@NatBennett you said you bought it in Argos so you must be either from the UK or Ireland if I'm correct. Then the warranty period is 2 years, not 1 year.

Look at the bottom of the page @NatBennett click on three Returns and Warranty link, I believe @SunsetRunner I'd correct.
As for a manufacturing report, you probably will have to ask Forgot Support and not the community of Fitbit users.
