Ionic feedback on music apps and headphones

Let me expand. So I've had the blaze for 18 months and now have the Ionic. So it's classed as a smart watch but without the facility to call or text. I'm a runner so it was more the music player and gps that appealed to me. So firstly I have Spotify which isn't compatible, so this means I needed to purchase music to be able to add it to the player (had to be done via a computer with Windows 10 and bluetooth so this in itself was a problem). Finally managed to add some music I've purchased and my headphones don't work. The music stops every 2 seconds. Fitbit support have advised me it isn't compatible with my jabra pulse headphones and the only headphones they can guarantee will work are the fitbit headphones at a further cost of £110. So I have gps but I'll have to continue taking my phone if I want to listen to music. So, I've bought a smart watch which granted looks great, however it cost twice as much as my Blaze and at the moment has the benefit of being waterproof. I'm so disappointed.

Yes, I have to say you've been brilliant in getting this resolved for me so thank you.

If you look at my existing history of contact with support, none of that has been solved (removing the Fitstar Yoga app from EU Applestores without notifying existing subscribers). I appreciate your offer to help but unfortunately there is nothing that you or your colleagues at phone support can do. It’s not your fault obviously but just a glaring example of Fitbit’s terrible communication with customers.

Hi Parker and Minkah I've been reading your comments and whilst I can agree with the music and the headphones issue, I really, really love my Ionic.  For one, it does what it says on the box and after having numerous disasters with the Versa it is a pleasure to have.  Secondly, I tested out the watches step counter and GPS by using just the watch one time on my special walk and then second time with just my phone and they were both almost agreeing within 0.10% of each other.

Before I went down the fitbit route I had a Samsung Gear S2 and although it is a sexier looking watch than the fitbits it's a lot more trouble with the re-booting issue in the middle of a race, etc.

Anyway that about it and once again I love my Ionic.
